One of these young people "managed" and commendably established also on the international stage is the Master Damiano Binetti.

Born in Molfetta in 1968, he studied singing with Anna Maria Balboni, Nicola Scardicchio composition and conducting with Piero Bellugi and Roberto Duarte at the Piccinni Conservatory in Bari

In 1991 came direction from Italy to Prague to study opera at the Academy of Music with František Vajna and Radomil Eliška for the sacred and symphonic repertoire. Prague has also been accepted as a member of the prestigious group of madrigal which he was appointed director in 1995.

In 1994 he participated in a course of interpretation the music of JS Bach, under the direction of Helmuth Rilling.

As Principal Guest Conductor of 'Mozart Orchestra of Prague, has performed a vast repertoire of Mozart's Requiem in D minor as, Le Nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni, and most of the symphonic repertoire of Mozart, the most prestigious concert halls Prague, Smetana and Obecni Dum.

Since 1998 he has collaborated with the Suk Chamber Orchestra, Philharmonic Orchestra Hradec Kralove, the 'Dvořák Symphony Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra Marienbad. This year, he worked on a wide repertoire includes works by Puccini, Shostakovich, Kozeluh, Mica, Mussorgsky, Dvorak, Mahler, Mozart, Verdi, etc..

In 2001, he occupied the first place in the festival-competition of Ivan Lukacic in Varazdin (Croatia).

The 2002 season was a successful debut at the opera house Olmütz, directing Puccini's Madama Butterfly in the ballet version, with a personal and musical arrangement.

Since 2007, he became the artistic director at the Teatro dell'Opera in Opava (Moravia).

He has performed throughout Europe, participating in many of the most renowned music festivals such as Tibor Varga in Sion (Switzerland), Festival of Wallonia in Belgium, the Spring Festival in Prague, Landshut Musik Sommer, September Musicale in Turin, GOG Festival Genova, Festival of C. Monteverdi to Cremona, Musical Afternoons in Milan, Summer Music in Catania. He has conducted in Spain at the Teatro Monumental in Madrid and the Teatro Victoria Eugenia in San Sebastian. He has also conducted in Italy at the Teatro Regio di Parma, Teatro Comunale di Modena, Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, Teatro Giuseppe Verdi in Trieste, Auditorium RAI (Italian Radio and Television) in Milan and Turin at the prestigious Piccolo Teatro di Milano. As an opera conductor he has conducted in Portugal, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Turkey, Croatia and Slovenia, South Korea.

has recorded 12 compact discs, with different programs, from opera and symphonic music from Baroque to Renaissance. He has performed and recorded in different radio and television stations across Europe, as the czech and Slovak radio and television. In Germany, Radio Bremen in Bremen, MDR Leipzig and Deutch Bayerisch Radio Monaco of Bavaria, Deutschland Radio in Dresden Zwinger. In the Belgium National Radio, the Croatian and French National Television and Radio France International in Italy and RAI - Italian Radio and Television.

E 'is also the author of two beautiful tradition of the funeral marches Molfettese: "Dawn of Passion" and "In the death of Maestro Angelo English."
In the first march, composed in 1988, the author wanted to give a speech in melodic character, already evident dall'inciso application, with a sweet expression and vigorous together. Master Binetti, what made you do this your business?

The strong love for music. I never considered my activities''as''a commitment to work, because it would be impossible to quantify the time I spend. E 'above all a passion for which I am in love with the' age of 7 years, perhaps thanks to the strong cultural and musical roots of our Earth.

You had to overcome many difficulties to succeed?

In our field the concept of''professional''and realized 'rather relative and subjective. Our profession encourages us to study and ongoing research of the''good'', 's''ideal''in music that translates into a complete abandonment of all' art. And so we do not feel ever made, I personally am very self-critical and perhaps this is a big flaw - I never listen to my recordings - I never watch my videos right after the execution, but after months. Made me feel it would be for the purpose.

How would you rate the Czech people, and what strengths and weaknesses in their findings?

To understand the Czech people, I would advise everyone to read Kafka, Capek, Kundera and Havel perhaps. Sadness, gloomy joy, great sense of 'being, search for' impossible: this is for me the 'Extract of temperament Czech. We also consider the last 400 years of history ... there 'was a time, except for the brief period between the two world wars, of real freedom. After the Nazis came Hapsburg domination followed by the Russian rule ended in 1989. Professionally, the Czechs have taught me many things, I studied at the 'Academy of Music in Prague, I joined in 1992 - then the entrance exams were really tough, I had to learn the language czech in two years, under penalty of' removal from 'Academy, a real military system. In those years I learned to apply them seriously, with the aim to learn well the direction d 'orchestra. Luck had it that there were still professors of the old guard with whom since first year I alternate theory above practice, directing my colleagues who were completing their studies, doing concerts in Prague but also directing all over Europe Madrigalistidi Prague.

prefers composition or conducting?

Currently I do not write more but I manage. For me it is impossible to write something ... we live in a chaos of music, without identity and direction. In music, the crisis has always existed, perhaps since the war.

Which musical technique inspires you in your work?

I can not refer back to particular techniques. In conducting one based on some traditional techniques, but also depends on the type of repertoire being studied. Over the years, I try to customize the lessons and make me a bit 'self''technically''.

What memories and lessons of the Master Angelo you English?
